These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of DailyPuzzles at dailypuzzles.vip (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

• The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to abuse the Service — no automated scraping beyond reasonable personal use, no attempts to break our infrastructure, no interference with other users.
• You agree not to circumvent the advertising that funds the Service in a way that violates an ad network’s terms.

Content and intellectual property

Puzzle configurations, layouts, branding, and source organization are the property of DailyPuzzles unless otherwise noted. Individual puzzle mechanics (such as the rules of Sudoku) are not owned by us. You may share solved grids and screenshots for personal use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Puzzle validation is performed on a best-effort basis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyPuzzles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any ad, or for transactions between you and advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data collection.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DailyPuzzles is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
